Vys Finance to Begin BO-P1 Bond Placement on August 13

WIS FINANS will begin the placement of Series BO-P15 bonds on August 13.

The issuer plans to start the placement of Series BO-P15 bond issue on August 13.

The nominal value of each security in the issue is 1,000 rubles.

The bonds will be in circulation for 5 years, with an offer made after 2 years and 3 months.

The coupon period is 91 days.

Amortization payments of 12.50% of the nominal value will be made on the dates of the 13th to 20th coupons.

The coupon rate until the offer is set at 18.00% per annum.
