Average New Car Price in Russia Rises 9% in July

In July, the average weighted price of a new passenger car in Russia reached 3.51 million rubles ($47,000), up 9% year-on-year, according to data from Autostat cited by TASS.

Month-on-month, the average price of a new car increased by 3%.

In the used car segment, the average weighted price stood at 1.17 million rubles ($16,000), rising 1% year-on-year but dropping 0.1% month-on-month.
