Last week (July 21-27), gasoline prices fell in 23 regions of Russia, according to data from the Russian Federal State Statistics Service (Rosstat), as reported by RIA Novosti.
Gasoline prices dropped the most in the Republic of Mari El, falling by 9.7%. In Voronezh Oblast, prices decreased by 6.4%, while in Irkutsk Oblast, they fell by 6.2%. Prices dropped by more than 5% in two other regions: Tambov Oblast (5.4%) and Karelia (5.2%).
In Vladimir Oblast, fuel prices decreased by 3.6%, in Chuvashia by 3.5%, in Adygea by 2.4%, in Sevastopol by 2.1%, and in Komi by 2%. In 13 other regions, prices fell by up to 2%.
