Sobi-Leasing Misses Bond Payment Obligations on Series 001P-08

Sobi-Leasing, a Russian leasing company, has defaulted on its bond payment obligations for the eighth coupon period of its series 001P-08 bonds. The company failed to pay the coupon income and partially redeem the nominal value of the bonds.

The total amount of unpaid coupon income was 25,206.55 rubles, while the amount of unpaid amortization payments was 48,630 rubles.

In a statement, the company attributed the lack of funds to a delay in receiving payments from customers.

The bond issue, with a total nominal value of 73 million rubles, was issued in 2026 for 1.657 million rubles at par value, with maturity in 2028.
