AFK "Sistema" Issues RUB 1.5 Billion Bond Offering

AFK Sistema has issued an additional tranche (#1) of exchange-traded bonds (Series 002P-14) worth RUB 1.5 billion at par value.

The issuer sold 1.5 million bonds with a par value of RUB 1,000 each through a public offering.

The placement price was set at 100% of the nominal value plus accrued interest.

The main bond issue with a nominal value of RUB 10 billion was placed on June 2, 2026, with maturity in 2031 and a two-year put option. The coupon rate until the put option date was set at 17.50% per annum based on the order book.
