Moscow Exchange Index Rises 0.7% to 2370 Points in Tuesday Trading Session

MICEX rises by 0.7% on Tuesday trading session, with the Moscow Exchange Index trading at 2370 basis points.

Here is the trading dynamics for the most liquid stocks:

- VTB +0.8%;

- Sberbank +0.8%;

- Rosneft -0.75%;

- Gazprom +0.5%.

The MICEX Index is a price indicator of the Russian stock market, formed based on the market capitalization of freely traded shares (free-float) and includes highly liquid securities of large and dynamically growing Russian companies.

The composite stock index of the Moscow Exchange is calculated based on prices weighted by market capitalization, taking into account free-float, for the most liquid stocks of Russian companies.

It is worth noting that the index composition and weight are reviewed quarterly.
