The government of Sakha Republic (Yakutia) has imposed fuel purchase limits at gas stations. The restrictions apply to the network of gas stations owned by the regional government, "Sakhaneftgazsbys". This was announced in a press release from the government.
These restrictions will be in effect at network gas stations in the capital city of Yakutsk, as well as several districts. Cars are allowed to purchase no more than 30 liters of gasoline or 200 liters of diesel fuel per vehicle. Selling fuel in portable containers has been temporarily prohibited.
