Russia Increases Meat and Edible Offal Exports to China by 36%

### Russian Meat Exports to China Surge in First Five Months of 2026 From January to May 2026, Russia exported over 53,000 tons of pork and beef meat and offal to China, valued at $156 million, according to the Federal Center for Supporting Agricultural Product Exports. Compared to the same period in 2025, shipments increased by 36% in volume and 26% in value. Specifically, pork meat and offal accounted for 46,500 tons ($101 million), while beef meat and offal made up 6,700 tons ($54 million). In the previous year, Russian producers shipped over 76,000 tons of pork worth $191 million and more than 23,000 tons of beef valued at $122 million to China. (For clarity: "KRS" stands for "cattle," and "offal" refers to edible internal organs and other parts of animals.)
