The text of the memorandum of understanding between the United States and Iran has been officially agreed upon, according to a statement made by Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Esmail Baghaei.

"The text of the memorandum between Iran and the United States has been officially agreed upon since both sides have signed it," Baghaei was quoted as saying by the Press TV news channel.
