### Russian New Build Sales Decline in March 2026 In March 2026, demand for new homes in Russia fell by 14% compared to the previous year, according to data from DOM.RF (a state-owned housing development corporation). The total sales volume amounted to 1.5 million square meters of residential property. In monetary terms, sales dropped by 9% year-on-year, reaching 321 billion rubles. Experts attribute the decline to a correction following the intense demand seen at the end of 2025 and the beginning of 2026. Despite the monthly decline, the first quarter of 2026 saw positive results overall. Revenue increased by 16% year-on-year to 1.17 trillion rubles, while the volume of sold housing rose by 12% to 5.6 million square meters.
