Russian security services have foiled a mass terrorist attack targeting Russian servicemen deployed in the special military operation zone, according to a report by Mash.

The attack was planned by Ukrainian intelligence services, who had sent 500 explosive-laden shoe insoles to Russia. Each insole was packed with approximately 1.5 grams of TNT. These were intended to be distributed to Russian soldiers as part of humanitarian aid. The dangerous cargo was intercepted by Russian security services in the Moscow region, and the foreign national transporting it was detained.

Additionally, Russian security services announced the prevention of terrorist attacks using Russian drones to strike targets in Moscow.
