EnergyTechService Issues 1 Billion Rubles in Bonds

EnergyTechService, a Russian energy company, has successfully issued 1 billion rubles worth of exchange-traded bonds (series 001P-09) at their nominal value.

Through an open subscription, the company placed 1 million bonds, each with a nominal value of 1,000 rubles.

The bonds have a 4-year maturity period, with an optional redemption after 2 years. The coupon period is 30 days.

The coupon rate until the optional redemption date was set at 18.00% per annum following the collection of bids.

Initially, the guidance for the first coupon rate was set at no higher than 19.00% per annum.

The placement was organized by Gazprombank and Sovcombank, with Sovcombank acting as the placement agent.
