### Property Linked to Health Minister of Krasnodar Region Exceeds $1 Billion The volume of real estate linked to the Health Minister of the Krasnodar region, Yevgeny Filippov, may exceed 1 billion rubles ($13 million), according to preliminary estimates by regional oversight bodies, as reported by TASS. The total number of properties owned by the official himself and his affiliated individuals, including close relatives, amounts to 57 objects. These include apartments, commercial spaces, land plots, apartments, residential houses, and ancillary real estate. Among the assets are more than two dozen apartments totaling over 1,500 square meters, non-residential premises exceeding 4,000 square meters, and nine land plots. Additionally, the list includes apartments, garages, parking spaces, and private homes. The properties are located in several resort and major cities of the region, including Krasnodar, Sochi, Gelendzhik, Krasnaya Polyana, and the federal territory of Sirius. The estimated market value of these assets exceeds 1 billion rubles. Earlier, Yevgeny Filippov was detained on suspicion of fraud on an especially large scale using his official position. Investigations are ongoing.
