"Borets Capital" issues 2.5 billion rubles worth of bonds
Issuer Borets Capital has successfully placed exchange-traded bonds (series 001P-05) worth 2.5 billion rubles at nominal value.
The company sold 2.5 million bonds, each with a nominal value of 1,000 rubles, through an open subscription.
The bonds have a three-year maturity period and a coupon payment period of 30 days.
The coupon rate for the entire term of the bonds was set at 18.50% per annum based on the results of the order book collection.
Guarantee for the bonds is provided by LLC "PK Borets".
