Alfa Bank Increases Bond Issue Volume to 30 Billion Rubles

The volume of the bond issue (series 002P-31) has been increased to 30 billion rubles.

The final coupon rate for the first coupon is set at 14.93% per annum, corresponding to a yield to maturity of 16.00% per annum.

Technical placement of the securities on the stock exchange is scheduled for February 6, 2026.

Initially, the first coupon rate was announced in the range of 15.05-15.20% per annum.

The nominal value of each security is 1,000 rubles.

Maturity period is 1 year.

Coupon period is 30 days.

The organizer and placement agent is Alfa Bank.
