The Ministry of Transport does not plan to compensate airlines for damages incurred from the introduction of the "quarantine" plan in airports. This was reported by TASS, referring to the head of the department, Andrey Nikitin.

"We are not raising the issue of compensation for damages, but we are trying to support companies in terms of other priorities," Nikitin explained.

According to him, airlines have adapted to working under regular restrictions, which are now being handled more easily. Nikitin suggested treating airport closures as an "unpleasant routine."
