Putin signed a decree allowing self-employed taxi drivers to work without permanent registration in the region

Self-employed taxi drivers will be able to obtain a work permit in a region without having permanent registration there. This law was signed by the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin. Earlier, drivers could only work in the taxi industry by obtaining a permit for such work at the place of their permanent registration.
