Dollar rises above 81 rubles, euro above 93 rubles in interbank market

The dollar and euro exchange rates are rising on the Russian interbank market, according to trading data on December 19. As of 10:33 Moscow time, the U.S. dollar was up 1.63%, reaching 81.09 rubles. This high cost has not been seen since November 19, 2025. At the same time, the euro exchange rate increased by 0.13%, reaching 93.69 rubles.
