Putin Announces Four-Point Peace Plan for Ukraine

After negotiations in Geneva, it was decided to divide the 28-point peace plan into four parts, Russian President Vladimir Putin said.
In general, the Russian leader noted that the U.S. plan for Ukraine could serve as the basis for future agreements.
As for drafts of a peace treaty for Ukraine, there were none, but rather a set of issues for discussion.
