Novosibirsk Oblast will issue bonds worth 22.5 billion rubles.

Novosibirsk Oblast plans to start the placement of bonds of issue 34027 on November 18.

The total issue amount at nominal value is 22.5 billion rubles.

The nominal value of one security of the issue is 1,000 rubles.

The circulation period of the bonds is 4 years.

Redemption of the nominal value of the bonds will be carried out in amortization installments: 10% on the date of payment of the 8th coupon, 15% each on the dates of payment of the 10th, 11th, 12th, 14th, 15th, and 16th coupons.

The coupon rate will be determined based on the results of the order book collection.

The placement agent is Gazprombank.
