The program covers 8,209 Lada XRAY cars produced between October 8, 2021 and April 29, 2022. And on all these vehicles, the planned installation of the emergency call system control unit (EES) will be performed. The work will be free for vehicle owners. They will be notified in an email or by phone about the need to bring vehicles to the nearest dealership.
«The temporary release of vehicles not equipped with a device or emergency call system was provided for by the relevant decision of the Customs Union Commission. Such vehicles must be retrofitted with a device or emergency call system by December 31, 2027, as part of the action programs agreed upon by Rosstandart, the source explained.
