The minimum daily sick leave payment is calculated as the ratio of the minimum wage to the number of calendar days in the corresponding month.

For example, in the shortest month, February 2026 (28 days), the minimum daily allowance will be 967.61 rubles (in 2025, 801.43 rubles).

In months with 30 days, the payout amount will be 903.1 rubles per day (in 2025, 748 rubles), in months with 31 days - 873.97 rubles (723.87 rubles).
