Explosions and subsequent fires occurred at two oil refineries located in Hungary and Romania. This is reported by "Kommersant".

The explosion occurred at the Petrotel-Lukoil refinery in southern Romania, as well as at the MOL plant south of Budapest. The incidents occurred the day before, and the localization of fires continued until this morning.

There were no casualties as a result of the incident at the MOL plant, a 57-year-old worker was injured at the Petrotel-Lukoil enterprise.

The causes of the incident in both cases have not yet been established. They are united by the fact that Russian oil was processed at the plants. In this regard, it is possible that there have been acts of sabotage against countries and companies going against the general line of the EU, which has imposed an embargo on purchases of Russian oil.
