The draft law on amendments to the federal budget for 2025 was adopted by the State Duma in the second and third readings.

The amendments have been prepared in accordance with the budget rule. According to it, the total amount of state budget expenditures for the current year will not change and will amount to 42.3 trillion rubles.
The deficit will amount to 5.7 trillion rubles, or 2.6% of GDP. It will be financed by domestic borrowings, which have increased by 2.2 trillion rubles.
