A large production complex with a total area of 54,000 square meters, located on a 17-hectare plot of land at 8 Ivan Vinogradov Street, is for sale in Kineshma. The facility is owned, which ensures transparency and ease of transaction processing. The cost of the complex is 1.5 billion rubles, they inform "Ivanovo news".

Previously, this building was occupied by LLC "Factory of Prefabricated Structures".

The production complex includes a 50,000 square meter workshop consisting of nine spans ranging from 192 to 228 meters long and 24 meters wide. The ceiling height reaches 12 meters, and the height of the crane tracks is 11.5 meters. The workshop has 12 overhead cranes with a lifting capacity from 5 to 32 tons. The floors are partially filled in with an estimated load of 6 tons per square meter and treated with an anti-dust coating, part of the area is in the process of restoration. The facility also includes an administrative and household building with an area of 4,000 square meters with office space, showers and changing rooms.

The complex is fully equipped with utilities: it is connected to the central water supply and sewerage networks, has its own gas boiler for heating, a medium-pressure gas pipeline with an annual limit of 2.652 million cubic meters of gas is connected, and an electric power of 3,200 kW is connected with an authorized capacity of up to 6,000 kW. There is a railway line on the territory, which is currently in the process of restoration.
