During the plenary session, State Duma deputies adopted in the first reading three new bills in support of participants in the special operation and their families. This was announced by the Chairman of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Vyacheslav Volodin.

In particular, the deputies previously agreed on the right of military personnel to travel free of charge to the place of military medical examination and back.

They are also planning to grant them an extraordinary right to housing or subsidies if they raise adult children with disabilities of the first group.

The third bill provides for the extension of benefits for adult children of military personnel after graduation until September 1.

As Volodin noted, by this time, 144 laws had been passed in Russia in support of the participants of the SVO and their loved ones.
