Seven regions of the Russian Federation will receive an additional 650 million rubles for social contract expenses

The Russian Government will allocate more than 650 million rubles for social support of citizens in the regions. This amount will be allocated to the regions for expenses under social contracts. The funds were distributed among Buryatia, Dagestan, Kabardino-Balkaria, Karelia, Chechnya, Primorsky Krai and Kursk Region. The subjects were not chosen by chance - it is in them that social contracts are most in demand.

The government will also redistribute about 1.3 billion rubles to provide a single benefit for low-income families. Since the beginning of the year, more than 9.5 million children and over 150,000 pregnant women have received payments.

The source recalled that a social contract is a special agreement that is concluded between social protection authorities and low-income citizens. You can use it to retrain or upgrade your skills and then find a new job or start your own business, as well as simply buy clothes, shoes and school supplies for children.
