A new package of anti-Russian sanctions will be presented by the European Commission (EC) on September 19. This is reported by Handelsblatt with reference to sources.

It is assumed that banks and refineries from China and India will be blacklisted as part of the new anti-Russian restrictions. At the same time, there are no plans to introduce trade duties for these countries.

It is also planned to establish uniform rules for all EU member states to restrict the issuance of visas to Russians.
