In the next six years, Russia will actively create aircraft, competitive engines, electronic equipment and other high-tech equipment. This work will be carried out within the framework of the implementation of the federal profile project "Aircraft and Helicopter Production", which is part of the national technological leadership project "Industrial support for Transport Mobility". This was discussed at the strategic session on the development of the aviation industry, which was held by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.

According to him, 765 billion rubles will be allocated for the implementation of these goals over 6 years.

"Our country has sufficient technological potential and all the resources to make a fundamental breakthrough in the aircraft industry and provide our citizens with guaranteed opportunities for comfortable flights," the head of government stressed.
