Russian Presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that Russia is waiting for proposals from Ukraine on the date of the third round of negotiations on the settlement of the conflict.

"There is no progress on this issue yet," the Kremlin spokesman said.

Earlier, two rounds of negotiations between Russia and Ukraine were held in Istanbul. During them, agreements were reached on the exchange of prisoners, dead soldiers, as well as on the creation of cease-fire memoranda.
