Exports of German goods to Russia fell by 12.1%

In May 2025, according to the Federal Statistical Office of Germany, the volume of trade between Germany and Russia decreased. Exports of German goods to Russia fell by 12.1% compared to the previous month and reached 0.5 billion euros. In annual terms, the reduction was 11.1%.

Imports of Russian goods to Germany showed mixed results: compared to April 2025, it increased by 9.4% to 0.1 billion euros, but decreased by 39.8% year-on-year.
