Next year, the minimum wage in Russia will be more than 27 thousand rubles. This was stated by the head of the Ministry of Labor Anton Kotyakov at the SPIEF.

"Taking into account the current dynamics of the wage level, we see that in 2026 the minimum wage will exceed 27 thousand rubles," RIA Novosti quoted him as saying.

Kotyakov noted that the increase in the minimum wage will affect about 4.6 million people. Project documents are currently being prepared, and the minimum wage will be fixed during the preparation of the budget law.

    Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed to raise the minimum wage to 35 thousand rubles by 2030. Starting from January 1, 2025, the minimum wage in Russia is set at 22,440 rubles.
