Starting from June 23, the Moscow Stock Exchange will be able to conclude repo transactions with settlements in Belarusian rubles and Kazakhstani tenge. This is reported by the trading platform.

"The expansion of the currency spectrum opens up additional liquidity management opportunities for businesses and promotes the development of trade and economic cooperation between companies from Russia, Kazakhstan and Belarus," the Moscow Exchange reports.

Settlements in these currencies will be available in addressable and non-addressable modes. The rates of return for such transactions will be formed on market conditions, depending on the supply and demand for these currencies on the money market of the trading platform. The key rates of the National Bank of Kazakhstan and the National Bank of Belarus will serve as benchmarks for profitability.
