In 10 years, the share of fuel in Russia that does not meet its obligations has decreased from 20% to 4%

Currently, the share of non-compliant fuel in Russia is less than 4%, whereas 10 years ago this figure was at the level of 20%. Such figures were announced by the head of Rosstandart Anton Shalaev in an interview with TASS.

— From 2015 to 2024, we checked over 10,000 gas stations in Russia — a quarter of all existing ones in the country. When we started work, the share of fuel that did not meet our obligations exceeded 20% on average in the country. Now it is 3.8–3.9%," Shalaev emphasized.
