According to the law, this is an individual residential building (or part of it) used for hotel services. Key requirements:- the land plot must be intended for residential housing, private housing or gardening;

Why is this necessary?
Sangaji Tarbayev, head of the Duma Committee on Tourism (New People), explained that the unregulated market of guest houses creates legal risks for owners and tourists.:"There are no official statistics on the number of guest houses today. At the same time, we understand that guest houses are one of the most sought-after accommodation options," he said. - The explanation in this case is simple and logical. It is impossible to completely close the demand today and even tomorrow, in the conditions of the dynamic development of the tourist market of the Russian Federation. And the real demand for accommodation facilities at affordable budget prices can be compensated by guest houses.Nowadays, tourists often face inconsistencies between photos and reality, and sometimes dangerous conditions. The new rules will help to restore order, Tarbaev believes.
For legalization, it is necessary:
