According to the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, in June 2025, the federal budget may not receive 40.3 billion rubles of oil and gas revenues. At the same time, by the end of May 2025, the actual deviation of oil and gas revenues from the expected monthly volume amounted to 68.6 billion rubles in a positive direction. This is due to an increase in the actual tax receipts on additional income from the extraction of hydrocarbons compared to the forecast values.

As for fuel damper payments, 42.5 billion rubles were transferred to oil companies in May 2025. For comparison: in April, the amount of payments amounted to 62.7 billion rubles, in March - 100.3 billion rubles, in February - 148.3 billion rubles, and in January - 156.4 billion rubles.
