Industrial competence centers that bring together customers and developers play an important role in this process. Today there are 36 of them, and 160 projects have been developed on their basis, of which 140 are already being implemented. 32 projects required government grants, while the rest are funded by the private sector. One budget ruble accounts for more than seven rubles of co-financing from businesses.
