Putin forbade the imposition of additional goods and services to customers

In Russia, a ban is being imposed on the imposition of additional work, goods and services on consumers. The relevant law was signed by Russian President Vladimir Putin.

The requirements of the law will come into force on September 1, 2025. Consumers will no longer be able to offer additional goods, services, and work without their written consent, otherwise a refund can be requested.
