Putin signed a law granting the right to leave at his own expense to care for wounded soldiers of his army.

The spouses, children, and parents of special operations soldiers can take additional leave at their own expense to care for them. The relevant law was signed by Russian President Vladimir Putin.

We are talking about the possibility of going on vacation without pay. He will be provided for the care of wounded soldiers of the SVO, but for no more than 35 days a year.
