Roskomnadzor (RCN)He informed about the possibility of restricting the work of foreign hosting providers in the Russian Federation due to the risks to Russian resources. This is reported by TASS with reference to the agency.
It was noted that Russian legislation establishes mandatory requirements for such companies, in particular, inclusion in the registry of hosting providers and ensuring information security.According to the RCN, several foreign providers continue to provide hosting services to Russian organizations without fulfilling these requirements.
"Taking into account the risks to which the resources hosted at the facilities of these companies are exposed, the work of such hosting providers may be limited in the territory of the Russian Federation," explained the representative of Roskomnadzor.We are talking about foreign companies that are subject to "landing", there are 12 on the list.
