This was stated by the first Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Denis Manturov at the congress of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, noting that this topic should not be tabooed.
At the same time, according to Manturov, it is necessary to let back into the market only in those niches where Russia "agrees to share its sovereignty."". At the same time, in the sectors most important for technological sovereignty, absolute priority is given to domestic manufacturers and companies from the EAEU.
