In the Russian interbank market, the euro exchange rate dropped below 89 rubles for the first time since June 20, 2024.

According to the Finam platform, by 10:16 Moscow time, the euro was declining by 1.98% to 89.308 rubles, and by 10:31 Moscow time, the decline accelerated to 2.45%, reaching 88.879 rubles.
