In particular, it is planned to extend certain support measures only to the children of deceased or deceased members of the SVR, as well as to their siblings and brothers under the age of 18, and to non-married children who were raised in the family of the deceased SVR participant.

The President also instructed to ensure the possibility of assigning the status of a combat veteran to all categories of persons who took part in their military operations.

Separately, the government was instructed to establish a new line of support for military veterans who participated in their military operations and who want to engage in entrepreneurial activities. To do this, it is recommended to increase funding within the framework of concluding social contracts.
