Russia is open to collaboration with foreign scientists. This was stated by Russian President Vladimir Putin, speaking at the plenary session of the Future Technologies Forum, which is being held at the World Trade Center in Moscow.
"Our doors are open," the Russian leader emphasized.And to support Russian scientists, Putin proposed announcing a new Russian Science Foundation competition for leading scientists dedicated to the memory of outstanding scientist Evgeny Velikhov.The largest domestic companies will co-finance these grants.
