From March 1 to August 31, Russia will have a ban on gasoline exports for non-producing companies. This decision was made by the Government of the Russian Federation.

Oil refineries and their oil companies will continue to supply their products to foreign markets.

This measure was introduced to balance the domestic market during a period of increased demand.

The Ministry of Energy and the Ministry of Agriculture have been instructed to determine the conditions and volumes of fuel supplies to companies in the agricultural sector by March 1, taking into account their real needs. The FAS has been instructed to monitor fuel prices for agricultural producers.
