HOUSE.The Russian Federation has sent to the Russian Ministry of Construction a revised draft law on the inclusion of a digital model of buildings and structures in the Unified Information System of Housing Construction, informs TASS.
The innovation will increase control over construction processes. The information model of buildings and structures under construction will include three-dimensional representations of the object, technical characteristics, data on building materials and engineering systems, design documentation and information for further operation of buildings.Currently, the EISWS includes information about the developer, title documents for the land plot, information about the apartment building, photographs of the facility under construction, financial statements and other information.
