Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov had a conversation with US Secretary of State Marco Rubio. This communication channel was established after a telephone conversation between the presidents of the two powers, which took place three days earlier. The Russian Foreign Ministry announced work on removing unilateral barriers to mutually beneficial cooperation, which were inherited from the Biden administration.
