Manufacturers of self-propelled vehicles postponed the deadline for payment of the recycling fee

The Government of the Russian Federation, as part of its support for domestic manufacturers of self-propelled vehicles (tractors, bulldozers, graders and other equipment used in agriculture, construction and housing and communal services), has postponed the payment of the recycling fee for them. The corresponding decree was signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.

Thus, the deadline for the payment of scrap collection for the fourth quarter of 2024 and for the first three quarters of 2025 has been postponed to December 2025. This measure will affect over 50 enterprises operating in different regions of the country. This will help support the financial situation of enterprises, preserve working capital and economic potential.
