Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin has signed an agreement with the UAE government on the elimination of double taxation. The relevant document has been published on the official portal of legal acts.
The document is designed to eliminate double taxation with respect to taxes on income and capital and to prevent tax evasion. The draft agreement was previously worked out with the Emirati side, agreed with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation, the Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation.Now this agreement must be signed by representatives of the UAE.
