In January, oil and gas revenues of the budget of the Russian Federation increased by 16.9%, non-oil and gas revenues - by 9.3%

In the first month of 2025, 789 billion rubles of oil and gas revenues were received by the federal budget. Compared to the same period last year, the growth was 16.9%. This is reported by the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation.

The Ministry of Finance attributed the increase in oil and gas revenues to an increase in the average dollar exchange rate and gas prices. A steady excess of revenue on this line is expected before the end of the year.

At the same time, non-oil and gas revenues amounted to 1.9 trillion rubles. Year—on-year growth is 9.3%.
